A specific zone

The main acticvities of the site are logistics and storage in warehouse. But even if the area is very active, there is still lot of abandonned locals. The chaussée de Buda is a zone of levers considering the quantity of abandonned locals. This area is an occasion to work on the transversal side of Buda but also it is very interresting in terms of tranksport because of its relation with the canal and the trucksway . The fact that the Senne is crossing the area is a big opportunity to a more livable area. To build an active zone with mixed uses that will impulse the productive écosystem, it’s the area who seems the more suitable.
